How do I upgrade my current 1.0 software to the new 2.0 version? How do I transfer my files?
You can export your data in a tab-separated text file from version 1.0 and then import that data into version 2.0. There is more detailed information to guide you through this process in the Help Section in version 2.0 and up.
Upgrading from 2.0 can be done yourself. Before installing the new software, be sure to use the back up button. Once you install the new sofware, you can import all that information into your new software.
How come some buttons on my software are not readable and turn white?
