Description
Looking for a part-time studio assistant to help roughly 12 hours a week from mid-January through mid-April. Job requirements: - knowledge of wet and needle felting a plus - sewing knowledge - wool acid-dye knowledge a plus - wet felting is a physical process: must be willing to lift wet textiles, change water buckets, etc. water is accessed down a hall (flat, can be wheeled). - studio is located 1 flight of steps from ground level. - some light art handling will be required. **pay is $20-$25 per hour depending on experience **Studio is located in Red Hook #LI-DNI
